I had the pleasure of working with Aaron, one of your technicians, this afternoon. I believe we have always received good service from Phones Plus in every aspect whether it was Beth answering our calls or Randy doing the sales or even the technicians that have come in the past. But, the reason I am emailing today is to congratulate you on making a great hire. Aaron indicated he has only been with you for three months, and he impressed me with how quickly he was able to understand our system layout. He was professional in every respect, including giving me a courtesy call to move up our start time if it worked for us. We were a little embarrassed to find out how we could have been transferring calls to our Polycom Soundstation all this time, and it was simply a training issue that he quickly cleared up.
